60-Minute Costa Rica Trip Planning Call
Questions About the 60-Minute Call
We meet on Google Meet, one on one. You bring your dates, your kids’ ages, and anything you’ve bookmarked, or nothing at all, and we build the trip together from the ground up: where to go, how many nights in each place, where to stay, and how you’ll get around, including whether to drive. You leave with a route you trust and know what to book first.
Book the 60 minutes if you’re starting from scratch, planning more than a week, or covering several regions, since that takes real room to get right. If you’ve already done most of the research and mostly need to confirm your decisions, the 30-minute call is enough.
After the call, I send you a written summary of the plan we built, with your route, stays, and links, so you aren’t rebuilding it from your own notes. It’s an add-on, and you choose it when you book.
The call is $150, and the written trip plan is $50 more if you want it. Your session is confirmed once you book and pay.
No. I don’t sell packages, hotels, or tours, so the call is about what works for your family, not what I’m booking you into. If you’d rather have everything handled for you, I can point you to a full-service option.
Book once you have your dates and a rough idea of where you want to go. If you’ve already booked flights, a hotel, or a rental car, bring those details, and I’ll tell you what works and what to adjust.
