First, guide your child to glue the eyes below the eyebrows.

Next, glue the ears to the side of the head.

Glue the collar to the top portion of the body.

Place the head on the top portion of the body and glue it down.

Now, help your child glue the belly in the center of the body.

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
  • Dog template

Instructions

  1. Download the dog template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  2. Begin by gluing the eyes below the eyebrows.
  3. Next, glue the ears to the side of the head.
  4. Glue the collar to the top portion of the body.
  5. Place the head on the top portion of the body and glue it down.
  6. Now, glue the belly in the center of the body.
  7. Position the heart in the center of the body and glue it in place.
  8. Next, glue the arms on each side of the heart.
  9. Glue the feet to the bottom portion of the body.
  10. Finish off by gluing the tail to the back and side of the body.
