Directions
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this snowman to life!

First, guide your child to glue the carrot nose to the middle of the snowman’s face.

Glue the hat to the top of the snowman’s head.

Next, help your child to glue the snowman’s head to the top of the cup so that about half of the head is hanging off the top. We use a glue dot for this because there’s no dry time.

Use a black marker to draw on the coal buttons below the head.

Finally, encourage your child to fold a small portion of the stick arms backward, spread glue on that part, and glue them on both sides of the snowman’s body.

This will be a perfect cut-and-glue activity for my kiddos returning after the holiday. We can easily turn this into writing by adding this sentence frame: "My snowman's name is_______________!" For an extra challenge, students can describe what his/her personality snowperson's traits are. Love this! Thank you for sharing!
